  • Trax earns spot on 10Best Trucks and SUVs list in its debut year on the market
  • Corvette defends its position on 10Best Cars with Stingray and E-Ray

The all-new 2024 Chevrolet Trax secured one of 10 coveted spots on Car and Driver’s 2024 10Best Trucks and SUVs list — a list that awards trucks and SUVs for delivering incredible value and a great driving experience. In addition, Car and Driver also named the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and E-Ray to its 10Best Cars list.

Car and Driver’s testing in this year’s 10Best competition included the evaluation of more than 80 new SUVs, trucks and cars. All eligible award winners must be available for purchase in January 2024 and have a starting MSRP under $110,000, including any federal tax and destination charges. Editors assign each vehicle a score of zero to 100, and the votes are tallied and averaged to arrive at the 10Best of 2024.

“Allowing returning winners to compete is what makes 10Best unique. Earning a spot on the list means the vehicle isn’t just the best of what’s new, but that it’s the best of what’s for sale,” said Car and Driver Editor-in-Chief Tony Quiroga.

“We are honored to see the 2024 Chevrolet Trax recognized with this award,” said Brad Franz, director of Chevrolet Car and Crossover Marketing. “The 2024 Trax is a tech-forward choice for customers seeking the practicality of a compact car and the utility of an SUV, with a suite of standard features at an affordable price point. This award is a great vote of confidence that we are offering a winning package for customers.”

The 2024 Trax is available in five distinct trims, LS, 1RS, LT, 2RS and ACTIV, each of which offers unique design, capability and content choices. The 2024 Trax starts at a MSRP of just $21,495 delivering on Chevrolet’s promise of affordability.

Since launching earlier this year, the Trax has become one of the hottest vehicles in the industry. When paired with the Chevrolet Trailblazer, they lead their segment in retail share.

“America’s sportscar is proud to defend its place with this award with Stingray and our recently-introduced E-Ray,” continued Franz. “The eighth-generation Corvette took the world by storm when it debuted and it continues to get better. The E-Ray is not only the quickest Corvette ever, but also the first-ever Corvette with an electrified powertrain and all-wheel drive, propelling this storied vehicle into a new age.”

The 2024 Corvette Stingray and 2024 Corvette E-Ray are offered in both coupe and convertible models, with vast options allowing customers to build their car to their detailed preferences. The 2024 Stingray starts at a MSRP of $69,995 and 2024 E-Ray starts at a MSRP of $106,495.
