Mobile Service

  3. Pick a time. Morning or afternoon, we'll confirm your appointment window and send a reminder the night before.
  4. We handle everything else. Your certified Chevy tech arrives on time, services your vehicle, and updates you when complete.

Pickup &
Delivery Service

If your repair requires in-dealership service — or if on-site conditions aren't suitable on the day of your appointment — we can arrange pickup and delivery of your vehicle at no extra hassle to you.

We'll collect your Chevrolet from your home or office, complete the service at our Burien facility, and return it to you when ready. A loaner vehicle is available in many cases — including EV loaners for EV owners when available.

Our MobileService+ van is equipped to handle tire replacements, flat repairs, oil and filter changes, brake pad and rotor replacement, battery service, wiper blades, air filters, GM diagnostic scanning, software updates, select recalls, interior repairs, and EV charging system checks. Some repairs requiring a lift or specialized equipment may need to be completed at our Burien dealership — your technician will always advise you upfront before any additional work begins.
We serve communities within approximately 25 miles of Burien, including Seattle, West Seattle, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Tukwila, SeaTac, Des Moines, Tacoma, Puyallup, Bellevue, Shoreline, Bothell, Normandy Park, White Center, Covington, Maple Valley, and surrounding areas. We'll also do our best to provide an EV loaner vehicle when your Chevy needs in-dealership follow-up service.
Yes — every Mobile Service technician dispatched by Burien Chevrolet is GM factory-trained and certified. You're receiving the same expertise that services vehicles in our Burien bays, delivered to your door. GM-approved parts, fluids, and diagnostic equipment are used on every visit, keeping your vehicle's warranty intact.
Yes. GM service offers and Chevrolet coupons are eligible for Mobile Service visits except where expressly excluded. My GM Rewards points can be earned on qualifying service. Confirm eligibility with our service team when scheduling.
If your technician finds a repair that can't be safely completed on-site, we'll coordinate pickup and delivery of your vehicle to our Burien service center. In many cases, a loaner is available while we complete your service. Your tech will walk you through the options before anything additional is started — no surprises.
