It took 6 (SIX!) weeks to repair my car (under warranty). No loaner offered. No updates given unless requested, and those were vague and ambiguous. I'm a single parent of a young kid with intensive daily driving needs, so having my transportation taken away unapologetically and for an indefinite period of time came across as disrespectful. At no point in my interaction with Burien Chevrolet did I feel like a valued customer. Vehicle was eventually returned to me with substantial unrepaired items requiring yet another complicated drop-off. Having owned many other car brands, this experience definitely sours me on the GM ownership experience. Would not recommend.

I'm a bit disappointed that the mechanic stated that the vehicle did not have collision braking, when in fact it does and I have felt it brake several times when the vehicle detection warning alarm sounded. He stated the vehicle did NOT have a camera when in fact it does, otherwise there would be no lane departure warning which there is.

With a 11:15 appointment the car didn't go into the shop until 12:00 o'clock. I was disappointed I had to sit around for almost an hour and other vehicles that arrived after me go into the shop ahead of me. I also watch as a man who was there before me, ask for his key back because he had been waiting for over an hour for his truck to be move into the shop. He left and my car finaly went for it's checkup and tire rotation. Everything was fine after that accept I was also disappointed that to vacuum was wash my car as a courtsey to a loyal customer.

I felt my car needs were not met!! I went in for service because I had no heat in my vehicle it also had been driving really bad with no gutt and the engine light was on then it started signaling AC off due to hi engine heat , also every time I went to fuel up my car had a smell of gasoline inside the car. I took it in the 1st time in December of 2024 I was told at that time it was ok to drive and the smell is due to hoses needed to be replaced, the engine I found out was some sensors needed to be replaced as well both warrentys I purchased OF COURSE didn't cover anything! So a few weeks later, I was driving after filling up my gas tank, and I got home. Half the gas had poured out all over my parking lot. I take my car in after going back and fourth between Zack in service, Erin in financing, then a couple service managers, I was told things were covered then they weren't covered then I get a huge over $10,000 in service then I ho on the websites reviews and see this is common so I gave my honest opinion and felt like I still do after picking up my car MYSELF AND MY VEHICLE DON'T MATTER!!!!! They honestly brushed me off after taking my $1,700.00 payment!! Oh, and guess what my engine light is still on and the sensors are still showing needing to be replaced. Dan, the service Mgr had explained to me prior to when putting my review up, he wasn't happy about it, so I'm being respectful and not blasting that whole shop!!! I've NEVER EXPERIENCED this type of treatment prior to purchasing my cars at that location, or Auburn, my family, and myself have been coming there and Auburn for over 25 years!! I've bought all 4 of my cars there! I refuse to EVER GO BACK ! My family and I will go elsewhere! I'm highly upset that my needs for only financing this lemon they sold me because it's been nothing but problems since I purchased it, and they blame me and can't help me with it! Mind you I'm financing for 72 payments at 23, 000 after all payments will be $45, 000.00 a $14,000.00 car so yeah they just want money money money! Also one thing they didn't do is check the car prior tk selling it because it had Toyota windshield wipers and parts throughout the car and someone's check receipt for proof of selling the car to the dealer in the glove box. The day after I left I noticed alot of issues and they weren't trying to fix anything then as well. So it was red flags from the start!

My oil change was almost $160. Normally it's closer to $100. I wasn't told in advance the price. I was only told after the oil change was complete. I got ripped off by the person who checked me in. I asked about the price and was told this is the normal price. I bought my suv at your dealership in 2019. Every oil change I've had was close to $100, for 6yrs. So to have it jump to $157 is insane.

I have been a loyal oil change/maintenance customer since day one of my new truck purchase (2018 Silverado LTZ). While other Chevrolet dealers in the area offer lifetime oil changes, Burien remains on the higher priced side of service. I made a 8:00 appointment on one Saturday, I arrived early 7:50, got checked in. I was told it could be 1 1/2 hours, I said ok I’ll wait. My experience took just over 2 hours ( should have been no more than 30 minutes) Maybe overbooked, maybe customer service (timely fashion) is not valued as much as I place it. I guess my $157.51 was well spent, I got a window sticker and pile of multi-check paperwork. This was the first time I took my car to Burien Chevrolet and very pleased with the service. The previous Chevrolet dealership that serviced my car with only 25,000 miles said it needed all new brake pads and rotors. I really thought it didn't need that brake work with only 25,000 miles. So for my next service I took it to Burien Chevrolet and their inspection showed the brakes were just fine. So if you want an honest vehicle inspection take your car to Burien Chevrolet. There communication was great and Henry did a very good job reviewing the inspection report with us. Even though Burien Chevrolet is out of my way I certainly will be taking it back to them for another honest vehicle inspection and service.

Leaving a 1-star review for now based on my recent tire purchase experience. I paid for a set of Goodyear tires under the “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” promotion, only to discover later that the wrong tire type had been quoted and scheduled for installation. After I raised concerns, the service manager admitted the mistake and is now working to source the correct all-season Goodyear Exhilarates and refund the price difference. I appreciate that they’re addressing it, but this should have been verified before payment. I’ll gladly update this review if everything is corrected and handled fairly.

Told the lady that called me that I wanted specifically mobile one full synthetic, told the guy at the counter when checking in, hour an a half later they told me that they were out, an had to go.get some, in all I was there two an a half hours for a simple oil change. I brought my 1994 Astro Van to the Burien Chevrolet to have the ignition replaced because it had been tampered with during the late night, and I wasn't able to insert a key into the ignition. I also had a problem with the van's sliding side door because the inside panel's retainers were worn out, making the panel catch on the body and preventing the door from sliding open. Needless to say, the Service Department took care of those repairs with flying colors and did a good job.

I had an awesome experience with Burien Chevrolet. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. From entering the establishment to driving away in a new car was less stressful. I had a bad experience at another dealership so I was a bit worried driving into Burien Chevrolet. I had Kevin as a salesperson who made me more comfortable during the purchasing process. He was communicative, laid back but professional at the same time. Red in financing explained the process, the options and the benefits of the extras to us but didn't push excessively when I declined some of the extras. I would definitely suggest that if you're looking for a new car - this is the place.
