The all-electric walk-in van will be available through one of the broadest sales and service networks, offering commercial customers added convenience
General Motors is moving its BrightDrop electric commercial vans under the Chevrolet brand.
The shift brings BrightDrop EVs to Chevrolet’s broad commercial vehicle sales and service dealer network. BrightDrop EVs offer GM-estimated 272 miles of combined city/highway range* and advanced features to help keep drivers safe and alert.
Adding BrightDrop’s electric vans to the expanding Chevrolet EV portfolio will give BrightDrop customers access to one of the industry’s largest and most extensive commercial sales and service networks and enhances brand growth opportunities.
All Chevrolet dealers will have the opportunity to sell BrightDrop vans if they meet certain commercial EV requirements. Once certified, participating Chevrolet dealerships can service BrightDrop products, helping to optimize uptime for commercial fleet operators.
“With the addition of BrightDrop to the Chevrolet lineup, we are combining advanced EV technology with the dependability and widespread accessibility that only Chevrolet can offer,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Chevrolet. “This move strengthens our EV offerings and reaffirms our role as a leading commercial brand that enables businesses large and small to get work done.”
BrightDrop was introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2021. In 2023, BrightDrop was integrated into GM Envolve, the company’s fleet business, which serves thousands of commercial and government customers.
“The Chevrolet BrightDrop 400 and 600 will continue to feature state-of-the-art technology designed to help enhance efficiency, reduce tailpipe emissions, and optimize service and delivery operations,” said Sandor Piszar, vice president, GM Envolve. “Integration into the Chevrolet portfolio will expand its reach and accessibility and offer more customers additional tools to help achieve their productivity and carbon-neutral goals.”
The vehicle will continue to be produced at the CAMI Assembly plant in Ingersoll, Ontario.
“GM Canada is proud that our team at CAMI Assembly will now produce BrightDrop commercial EVs under the Chevrolet brand,” said GM Canada President Kristian Aquilina. “This branding evolution is a testament to the potential GM and Chevrolet see for BrightDrop in the electric fleet market, and to CAMI’s production capabilities as Canada’s first large-scale EV manufacturer.”

With more than 20 years of production and 3 million-plus units sold, Equinox is a long-term leader in the compact SUV segment – the market’s largest segment
Driving into the heart of the largest and most competitive segment in the industry, Chevrolet’s next-generation 2025 Equinox offers modern connectivity and new safety tech, wrapped in a head-turning design.
Now, every Chevy crossover and SUV, including Trax, Trailblazer, Blazer and the 2024 Traverse, is new or has been refreshed in the last two years. Compared to the current vehicle, the new Equinox will offer more contemporary and differentiated choices — including larger screens, new safety features and Equinox’s first-ever outdoor-inspired trim, ACTIV.

“The 2025 Equinox brings to one of our most important nameplates bodylines and proportions inspired by our brand’s truck DNA, also adopted in the upcoming Traverse,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Chevrolet. “It also builds on the core strengths that have earned Equinox tremendous customer loyalty over the past two decades, and made it the second-best seller in our lineup, after Silverado.”
Chevrolet will offer Equinox in LT, RS and ACTIV trims, raising the level of standard content for all.
Introducing the Equinox ACTIV
ACTIV brings a fresh persona to the redesigned Equinox, inspired by customers whose passions start where the pavement ends. Equinox ACTIV features a unique front fascia and styling cues that create and accentuate the off-road look, all-terrain tires, and an available white roof for a two-tone finish. Additional ACTIV content includes:
- Rugged front fascia with vertical grille inserts and gray metallic-finished accents
- Blacked-out badging
- 17-inch machined-face aluminum wheels
- Maple Sugar and Black interior theme, with premium Evotex and sueded microfiber seating surfaces
- ACTIV embroidered on driver and passenger seat head restraints
- Standard heated steering wheel and heated front seats, with available heated and ventilated front seats and rear heated outboard seats, and memory driver seat personalization
Expressive exterior
The next-generation Equinox is eye-catching, with bodylines inspired by the strong proportions of the Chevy truck lineup and its larger sibling, the 2024 Traverse.
“This generation of Equinox has taken on a broad-shouldered, athletic appearance that conveys confidence and versatility,” said Phil Zak, executive design director, Global Chevrolet. “We leaned into distinct appearances and material selection for LT, RS and ACTIV so everyone can see themselves in an Equinox.”
The all-new Equinox is 2.5 inches wider than the outgoing model, enhancing its more planted stance. Additional design details include:
- Three distinct front fascia treatments – LT, RS and ACTIV
- LT offers both standard chrome and Midnight Edition High Gloss Black grille finishes for even more customer choice
- Squared wheel openings and fender flares add visual muscle
- Distinctive C-pillar shark fin that adds the appearance of motion to Equinox even when it is sitting still — and a clear familial resemblance to the all-new Traverse
- All-LED lighting with striking light elements — separated in the front and both vertically and horizontally expanded in the rear
- Aluminum wheel choices ranging from the standard 17-inch on LT to available 20-inch wheels on RS, a first for Equinox
RS brings dynamic, bold style with standard black emblems and mirrors, available black roof, wide grille opening, and high gloss finish on the grille bar and lower fascia, with 19-inch Carbon Flash machined aluminum wheels standard.
Modern, tech-focused interior
A revamped interior conveys a more contemporary, spacious ambiance that, along with other recently introduced Chevy crossovers and SUVs, puts a stronger focus on technology and user experience.
In front of the driver is an 11-inch-diagonal configurable driver information center. Layered against the driver information center and angled slightly toward the driver is the interior focal point — a new 11.3-inch-diagonal infotainment1 screen that’s more than 30% larger than the largest screen offered in the current model. It’s the gateway to music, media, maps and other connected services via Google built-in3.
The dashboard is pulled away, adding to the spacious interior.
Additional highlights:
- New electronic transmission range selector on the steering column eliminates a range selector mechanically linked to the transmission, opening more storage space beneath the infotainment screen, ahead of the center console
- Engaging tactile materials and decorative trim with coordinated textures are used in the seats, instrument panel, doors, storage areas and more
- Available Evotex seating on LT
- Folding 60/40 split-bench second row seats, enabling up to 63.5 cubic feet of storage with both seats folded4
- Hidden rear cargo floor storage space
- Standard six speaker audio system
- Available wireless charging5
RS is a step above other street-inspired trims with distinctive Torch Red and Santorini Blue stitching on the Evotex seats, debossed “RS” logos on the headrests in the front row, and a heated, flat-bottom steering wheel. Buyers can add available heated and ventilated front seats and rear heated outboard seats.

Chevrolet has unleashed the unthinkable in the Corvette ZR1. The King of the Hill returns with the most powerful V8 ever produced in America from an auto manufacturer, mind-bending specs and iconic design to challenge the world’s best supercars in both coupe and convertible variants.
- Corvette ZR1 features a 5.5L, twin-turbocharged DOHC flat-plane crank V8 engine dubbed the LT7.
- The LT7 engine produces 1,064 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 828 lb-ft of torque at 6,000 rpm, per SAE guidelines — the most power ever from a factory Corvette and the most powerful V8 ever produced in America from an auto manufacturer.
- Corvette ZR1 boasts a GM-estimated top speed of over 215 mph on the racetrack and will dispatch the quarter mile with a GM-estimated sub-10-second time1.
- Purposeful carbon fiber aero package creates over 1,200 pounds of downforce at top speed.
- ZR1 revives one of the most iconic styles in Corvette history: the split rear window.
“The team that revolutionized Corvette with a mid-engine architecture took on another challenge: take ZR1 to the next level,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Chevrolet. “Corvette ZR1 is about pushing the envelope with raw power and cutting-edge innovation. From Stingray, to Z06, E-Ray, and now ZR1, the Corvette family continues to elevate with each new iteration — and challenge the best in the world.”
Pushing the boundaries of Engine Development
ZR1’s 5.5L LT7 twin-turbocharged DOHC V8 engine starts with the same architecture as Z06’s LT6, the most powerful naturally aspirated production V8 engine ever, and takes it to the next level with twin turbochargers — the first time ever for a factory Corvette.
Dubbed the “Gemini V8” architecture, the LT6 program was only the beginning as engineers dual-pathed a goal: to create massive power, capability and character from naturally aspirated and turbocharged flat plane crankshaft twin engines. With these goals in mind, engineers did not create an LT6 with turbochargers, but instead changed and optimized virtually every system for a boosted application.
Corvette ZR1’s 5.5L, twin-turbo DOHC flat-plane crank LT7 engine is the result of engineering prowess and pushing the boundaries of what the engine architecture can do. Thoughtful planning produced the best performance from forced induction, married with the 5.5L flat-plane engine architecture.
Unique to the 5.5L LT7 twin-turbo V8:
- Head castings with unique ports and a larger combustion chamber
- Valve train timing and lift profile optimized for forced induction with higher exhaust temp enabling exhaust valves
- Completely new intake system tuned for twin turbochargers
- CNC machined combustion chamber, exhaust and intake ports specific to the LT7
- Dual, ported shroud, ball bearing, mono-scroll (76 mm) turbochargers integrated with the exhaust manifold to reduce the volume and distance from the exhaust valve to the turbine wheel for quick response with electronic wastegates
- Intelligent anti-lag engine calibration techniques specifically for ZR1 that adapt and react to driving style
The LT7 engine also builds upon this engine architecture with:
- Added block and head machining to support turbo cooling and oiling
- Counterweight changes to account for a unique piston, and unique connecting rod for the crank train
- A secondary port fuel injection system added to deliver the needed additional fuel to support the engine’s massive output
To support the dramatic increase in power from the LT7 engine, engineers made numerous changes to the Corvette ZR1’s eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, including:
- Inner and outer input shaft upgrades
- Increased gear capacity with strength increased via shot peening for all gears
- Final drive refinements
- Oil management to support increased vehicle longitudinal and lateral capability
- Increased control valves to accommodate the higher required clutch clamp load for LT7
The LT7 engine is purpose-built to accomplish its four-figure horsepower mission with no compromises in componentry and maintains the rev-happy character that is the heart of the Gemini V8 engine family. It will be hand-assembled by the master engine builders at the Performance Build Center, part of the Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky.
Enabling speed with ease
Purposeful aerodynamics provide the most downforce ever from a Corvette with over 1,200 pounds at top speed.
The Corvette ZR1 offers speed on tap like no Corvette before it. Two distinct setups, complete with Magnetic Ride dampers, accomplish this. The standard Corvette ZR1 chassis arrives with a sleeker body with lower drag and a small spoiler with customer-adjustable short and tall wickers. It also includes a standard carbon-fiber front splitter, rocker moldings, side intake with integrated brake cooling, and front underwing with stall gurney deflectors. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires wrap 20-inch front, and 21-inch rear wheels. The standard chassis blends the best of on-road comfort and track capability with this setup.
Corvette ZR1 dispatches the world’s toughest tracks with ease, not only with the power from the 5.5L LT7 engine, but also due to additional, specific aerodynamic and cooling changes found throughout the car. These include:
- Flow-through hood: Air enters the front grille, flows through the intercooler heat exchanger and exits the hood to increase front downforce and cool charged air temperatures.
- Carbon fiber side profile air ducts: Clean, cool air is funneled through ducts, which are cleanly integrated into the signature wishbone bezel behind the cabin doors to cool the rear brakes through an intricately designed system that doesn’t impact rear wheel travel
- Unique fresh air intake ducts: Carbon fiber inlets located on top of the coupe rear hatch ingest air to cool the turbo compressor inlet air temperatures
Corvette ZR1’s optional ZTK performance package unlocks a true track weapon. Notably, the ZTK package adds an aggressive, high-downforce rear wing, front dive planes, and a tall hood Gurney lip – all constructed from woven carbon fiber. Underneath, underbody strakes replace the standard front underwing stall Gurney to increase front downforce. The suspension tuning included in the ZTK package incorporates stiffer springs and adds Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires. Amid testing and development, the ZR1 tackled some the world’s most demanding racetracks, including the Nürburgring, Road Atlanta, and Virginia International Raceway.
Carbon Aero, featuring all aerodynamic equipment from the ZTK package, is available on the standard ZR1 chassis as well.
“We went into the ZR1 program with lofty goals, but even our first development tests on-track showed the teams were already exceeding them,” said Tadge Juechter, executive chief engineer, Corvette. “As we worked to develop this car, we continued to leap past expectations, and we knew we had a special Corvette on our hands.”
Controlling ZR1’s high performance is a new brake system. The brake package uses a revolutionary carbon ceramic rotor manufacturing technology to yield increased durability and reduced brake component temperatures. Front rotors measure 15.7 inches (400mm) in diameter and rear rotors 15.4 inches (390mm) in diameter — the front rotors are the largest ever equipped on Corvette. In just 24.5 seconds, the Corvette ZR1 goes from 80-200 mph and back to 80 mph — 22% quicker than the C7 Corvette ZR1, and 53% quicker than the C6 Corvette ZR1.
Designed for the split window’s return
For ZR1, function and form quickly took hold to create an instant icon — an icon worthy of the historic split window’s return.
“We didn’t approach this decision lightly, we know this is a beloved element from Corvette’s history,” said Phil Zak, executive design director, Chevrolet. “Not only does this element provide function, but we were able to integrate passionate design into the form and do it in a way that paid homage to Corvette’s history. ZR1 felt like the right time to bring the split-window back.”
Last seen on the C2-generation Corvette, and quietly previewed on the Corvette Z06 GT3.R race car, the split-window style capitalizes on the design statement that is Corvette ZR1. While serving as a statement piece, this carbon fiber “spine” between the two rear windows, available in exposed weave or body color, provides increased heat extraction from the engine compartment, working in parallel with numerous other cooling elements throughout ZR1.
The teams worked to elevate the striking design first revealed with the eighth-generation Corvette Stingray and accentuate lines that evoke the car’s sense of motion — but the design’s function also helps it perform. Teams looked at every component of Corvette ZR1 to ensure cooling and aerodynamics remained top of mind, and any change accomplished the car’s mission: performance.
Additional changes include:
- A carbon fiber roof to reduce mass and lower the center of gravity for both coupe and convertible
- Unique aluminum wheel design available in four finishes, including Edge Blue — an homage to ZR1’s signature color cue
- Optional new carbon-fiber wheel design, exclusive to ZR1, to further reduce mass
- LT7 engine intake finished in Edge Blue — delivering an engine that looks as good as it performs
- Optional new carbon-fiber wheel design, exclusive to ZR1, to reduce unsprung mass by 42.8 pounds
The Corvette ZR1’s cockpit dials up the attention to detail, notably with unique ZR1 badging found on an interior plaque, the sill plates and steering wheel. A new finishing stitch pattern for the doors, specific to ZR1, is available on the 3LZ trim. A boost gauge is also present, denoting the first factory turbocharged Corvette in the nameplate’s history.
Providing further choice to customers, the Corvette ZR1 will provide a roster of customization between exterior and interior colors. Shared with the 2025 Corvette lineup, new colors such as Competition Yellow, Hysteria Purple and Sebring Orange headline updates. The latter recalls a fan-favorite hue from the previous C7-generation Corvette ZR1.
Inside, a new Habanero interior is available, as is a Blue Stitch option. Various full-length racing stripes, brake caliper colors, including an exclusive blue for the calipers, seat belt colors and more will also be available.
King of the Hill coming next year
Corvette ZR1 will enter production in 2025 and will be built at General Motors’ Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky. It joins Corvette Stingray, Corvette Z06 and Corvette E-Ray to continue elevating the Corvette family. Further details on price and availability will be shared closer to production.
Cross flags closers:
- On its first lap at the Milford Proving Ground’s MRC test track, the new ZR1 clocked a faster peak speed than the production C7 ZR1.
- Engineers clocked a sub-10-second quarter-mile time on the Corvette ZR1’s first launch.
- All four test drivers clocked over 200 mph peak speed on their very first laps at the Nürburgring with ease.
- LT7 produces more power than two LS7 engines, the legendary 7.0L V-8 from the sixth-generation Corvette Z06 – akin to one LS7 engine per bank.

Industry’s best-selling full-size SUVs bring improvements on design, engineering and technology
- Fresh exterior and interior designs, including new signature lighting and a larger best-in-class 17.7-inch-diagonal infotainment screen
- More powerful diesel engine, which was previously introduced on Silverado
- New confidence-inspiring trailering technology and ride-and-handling refinements
- Technology enhancements designed to offer more confidence and security, including a fully integrated network of cameras that allow customers to remotely view the interior and exterior of their vehicle with select OnStar plans
Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban — the industry’s best-selling large SUVs — launch late next year with fresh designs inside and out, a more powerful diesel engine option available later in production and new technology enhancements designed to provide greater confidence and security behind the wheel.
“The updates on the 2025 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban make the industry’s best-selling full-size SUVs an ever-stronger option for our customers,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Chevrolet. “Our segment-leading position is the envy of our competitors — no one comes close to Chevrolet.”
Together Tahoe and Suburban have led the segment for over 45 years and established themselves as cultural icons. Chevrolet’s full-size SUVs are truly designed and engineered for its customers. The new 2025 Tahoe and Suburban are no exception; key highlights and features include:
- Freshened exterior design with bolder signature lighting and all-new lighting animations, new available 24-inch wheels and more
- New interior design centered on an all-new best-in-segment 17.7-inch-diagonal central touchscreen1, along with an enhanced High Country interior and additional refinements across the lineup
- New, available second-generation 3.0L turbo-diesel Duramax engine with 10 percent more horsepower than current models, which will be available later in production
- Ride and handling enhancements engineered for greater driving refinement
- Enhanced safety and technology includes Connected Cameras, a fully integrated network of cameras that allow customers to remotely view the interior and exterior of their vehicle, in addition to recording events like crash and theft. Some features may require an OnStar plan
More curb appeal
The 2025 Tahoe and Suburban feature a new look, framed by a fresh front-end design that’s distinguished with new, bolder lighting. All six trims — LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier and High Country — receive a new front fascia, with select trims offering unique design cues. The Z71 — one of the nameplates’ fastest-selling trims — incorporates skid plates and a high-approach front fascia, while the High Country leans in on a sport-luxury theme, with a sophisticated balance of black and Galvano chrome trim.
“The new faces of Tahoe and Suburban are more expressive, borrowing inspiration from the recently refreshed Chevrolet truck lineup,” said Phil Zak, executive design director, Global Chevrolet. “They remain as versatile as ever, but with a greater emphasis on the details that have driven these large SUVs to the top of their segment.”

Additional refinements contribute to a stronger, more planted stance that appears more confident, while new 24-inch wheel designs, available for the first time on RST and High Country, further contribute to the Tahoe and Suburban’s fresh style.
New front and rear lighting also elevate the SUVs’ sophisticated design, with innovative technology delivered in a more refined package. Highlights include:
- More integrated appearance of the daytime running lights (DRLs), with a thinner yet more prominent look of the top DRL, thanks to an angled prism within the lighting signature that creates bold illumination in a sleek housing
- The more prominent lighting signature gives the vehicles a greater sense of personality, with the Premier and High Country trims further distinguished with standard welcome and walk-away lighting animations as well as animated swipe turn signals
- Dual C-shaped light designs maintain the family appearance seen in other Chevrolet vehicles
Along with their new look and lighting, the 2025 Tahoe and Suburban also introduce two new exterior colors: Cypress Gray and Lakeshore Blue Metallic.
Revamped, tech-focused interior
The new Tahoe and Suburban feel airier and more spacious, with a revamped interior that emulates the technology focus of other recently introduced Chevrolet models. Sweeping lines and lowering the instrument panel increase the perceived space for driver and front row passenger.
Display screens are the centerpiece of the cabin, starting with an all-new standard 17.7-inch-diagonal freeform infotainment screen paired with the 11-inch-diagonal driver information center.
The screen is canted slightly toward the driver for a more commanding feeling of control, while still prioritizing easy access for the front-seat passenger. Designed to be intuitive without sacrificing a clean, sleek design, the team struck the careful balance of physical and digital controls in the cockpit.
Additional interior highlights include:
- Redesigned center console with new storage options and a repositioned, more convenient wireless charging4 pad
- New steering wheel design
- Unique interior with Victory Red stitching on RST and all-new Jet Black/Sky Cool Gray interior on Premier
- More sophisticated décor across the lineup, including Piano Black and Galvano chrome, as well as more soft-touch and wrapped materials on select trims
- Upgraded and more refined High Country interior, with authentic wood décor — a first for Tahoe and Suburban — along with wingtip perforated leather seating surfaces, a unique steering wheel, “High Country” identification and a unique Jet Black/Mocha color combination
More powerful diesel engine
Also new is the refined, second-generation 3.0L inline-six turbo-diesel Duramax, which offers more power for greater confidence on the road — particularly when trailering. It is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and is offered on all retail trims, including Z71 for the first time.
Launched previously on the Silverado 1500, the new diesel engine is rated at 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of peak torque, increases of 10 percent and 7.6 percent, respectively, over the current diesel engine’s 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.
A retuned turbo compressor, along with new, higher-flow fuel injectors, revised piston-cooling oil jets, new steel pistons and improved temperature control features with the cooling system’s Active Thermal Management contribute to the engine’s enhanced power, while new sound absorption materials and a tuned air induction system help balance its performance with quietness and improved refinement.
A 5.3L gas V-8 remains the standard engine for LS, LT, RST, Z71 and Premier. The 6.2L V-8 is standard on High Country and available on RST, Z71 and Premier. The new diesel engine will be available in 2025 after initial launch.
Ride-and-handling refinements
The multilink independent rear suspension design introduced on the current Tahoe and Suburban has been updated to provide more refined ride-and-handling dynamics. Additional steering calibration improvements offer a confident drive experience across conditions.
“The already excellent ride-and-handling characteristics enabled by the independent rear suspension are taken to the next level with the 2025 Tahoe and Suburban,” said Martin Hayes, chief engineer. “Their responsiveness makes them feel much nimbler than their full-size dimensions suggest.”
Additionally, Air Ride Adaptive Suspension and Magnetic Ride Control return as available features.
The Air Ride Adaptive Suspension is available on High Country and Z71, along with RST for the first time. It offers automatic load-leveling and ride-height adjustment. In highway driving, it automatically lowers the ride height to help reduce aerodynamic drag, which can help enhance efficiency. Driver-selectable heights can reduce entry/exit heights when the vehicle is parked and the driver can also raise the body for additional ground clearance when driving off-road.
With Magnetic Ride Control, which is standard on Premier and High Country and available on RST and Z71, sensors continually “read” the road 1,000 times a second to alter the damping rate of the shocks almost instantly. It is one of the fastest-reacting damping systems in the industry and helps reduce pitch, body roll and vibrations that can resonate in a large SUV.
Tow with confidence
Towing is important for Tahoe and Suburban customers. Whether it’s a driver’s first time towing or they are a seasoned driver who tows frequently, Chevrolet’s suite of trailering technology upgrades boost confidence behind the wheel.
Tahoe and Suburban will continue to include the trailering technologies customers know and love. A Max Trailering package is available and on select trims includes a high-capacity radiator and cooling fan, an integrated trailer brake controller, Hitch View, Hill Decent Control, Blind Zone Steering Assist with Trailering, and the Chevrolet Trailering App. Tahoe and Suburban will also introduce the following new and enhanced features:
- Trailer Tire Health, which helps prevent trailer tire blowouts with a trailer tire life monitor and over-speed warning
- Mobile Trailering App Load Rating Info, which offers anytime/anywhere access to the vehicle’s load rating
- Forward Path Indication, which helps drivers navigate with their trailer with guidelines on the Surround View to indicate the width of the trailer and the trailer’s path. When the turn signal is activated, guidelines will show the driver the estimated turning path for both the vehicle and trailer
- Boat Ramp Assist, which helps customers access a checklist and step-by-step instructions to prepare for towing, launching, and retrieving a boat, is newly available within the trailering app
- Trailer Navigation, which calculates routes based on trailer size using built-in Google Maps
The 2025 Tahoe continues to offer max towing range of 8,400 lbs and Suburban offers 8,200 lbs.
Enhanced safety and technology
When it comes to safety and driver awareness technology, the 2025 Tahoe and Suburban are expected to offer more than ever — including a new sensor that can detect certain types of motion in the vehicle, which can help identify if a passenger has been left in rear passenger areas of the vehicle.
“We want to help families by introducing a feature that may help them remember their precious cargo in the back seats,” explains Tricia Morrow, head of Global Safety Technology Strategy at GM. “This feature is a testament to GM’s commitment to developing innovative safety technology.”
Interior Motion Detection is new to GM and may detect certain types of micro-movements in the cabin. If movement is detected in the vehicle after it is in park and turned off, it can progressively escalate alerts to help raise awareness.
Connected Cameras, a newly available feature, comprises a fully integrated network of cameras that allow customers to remotely view the interior and exterior of their vehicle, including 360 degree views of the exterior. Key benefits include automatic Crash Recording; Security Recording; Live View; My Recordings (dash cam functionality); industry-first cloud storage and more. Camera views and recordings are accessible via the myChevrolet mobile app. Some features require an appropriate OnStar plan.
Tahoe and Suburban will continue to offer standard Chevy Safety Assist — a suite of safety features and driver assistance technologies that include: Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, and IntelliBeam. Additional standard safety features include Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist, HD Surround Vision, Teen Driver and Buckle to Drive.
Additional safety and driver convenience technology highlights include:
- Super Cruise: The industry’s first true hands-free driving driver assistance technology will be available in 2025 after initial launch. Super Cruise is available on more than 400,000 miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada.
- AutoSense Power Liftgate: This feature makes loading a Tahoe or Suburban easier when the user’s arms are full by automatically opening the liftgate when it senses the key fob behind the vehicle.
The 2025 Tahoe and Suburban are connected by OnStar to elevate the in-vehicle experience with a variety of available safety, entertainment and convenience features, including Super Cruise functionality, 24/7 access to live OnStar advisors, on-demand vehicle diagnostics, HD streaming, and more.
Built exclusively by GM’s Arlington Assembly Team
Production will take place at GM’s Arlington Assembly plant, in Texas— a facility celebrating 70 years of production in 2024. Announced earlier this year, GM is investing more than $500 million in the Texas facility to strengthen its industry-leading full-size SUV business. Through this more than half-a-billion-dollar investment, Arlington Assembly will receive new tooling and equipment in its stamping, body shop and general assembly areas. GM has announced nearly $2 billion in investments for Arlington Assembly since 2013.
The all-new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban go on sale late next year. Additional details, including pricing, will be announced closer to the start of production. More information is available at www.chevrolet.com.

Electricity is generally cheaper than gasoline, and EVs require less maintenance due to fewer moving parts. Over time, these savings can add up, making your summer road trips more affordable. - Federal and State Incentives
Chevrolet EV owners can take advantage of various federal and state incentives, including tax credits and rebates. These financial incentives can significantly reduce the initial cost of purchasing an electric vehicle. For example, the Chevrolet Bolt EV often qualifies for the federal EV tax credit, which can save you thousands of dollars. - Resale Value
As the market for electric vehicles continues to grow, so does the resale value of well-maintained EVs. Chevrolet’s reputation for reliability ensures that models like the Bolt EV retain their value over time, providing a financial cushion when it’s time to upgrade to a newer model.
