Engine
<p>Chevy keeps the choices coming when it comes to the Colorado's powerhouse with three capable motors to pick from. The base engine features a 2.5-liter I-4 engine that produces 200 horsepower and earns 20 mpg city and 26 highway. </p> <p>The 3.6-liter V-6 comes stock under the hood of the ZR2 trim. This six-cylinder puts out 308 horsepower, while still achieving 18 mpg city and 25 highway. </p> <p>There's also the available GM-exclusive Duramax 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine. This motor delivers 181 horses, plus a best-in-class torque of 369 foot-pounds. It also offers best-in-class fuel efficiency of 20 mpg city and 30 highway.</p>
Performance
<p>Out tow rivals with Colorado's best-in-class towing capability of 7,700 pounds from the turbodiesel engine. It offers well-mannered steering and agile handling and delivers a comfortable ride with its highly tuned suspension. </p> <p>If you plan to take your Colorado into the mountains, pick from one of two trims: the Z71 and ZR2. These variants come stocked with off-roading features like a rugged suspension, hill descent control, a two-speed, shielded transfer case, and a locking rear differential.</p> <p>Chevrolet didn't forget about connectivity when designing the 2019 Colorado. Its brand new Infotainment 3 system features a 7-inch color touch screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Plus, you get the convenience of a built-in available 4G LTE Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, a six-speaker audio system, and more USB ports.</p>
Interior
