When I purchased my new 2015 vehicle I expected everything to work when I drove it off the lot. Casey my sale rep was not as helpful or knowledgeable with all the features of the 2015 models but he was polite. I had to retun my newly purchased vehicle less than a week later to fix a problem with a new vehicle. When my vehicle was ready almost a week later I was treated like royalty, which should have been done in the beginning at the time of purchase. Never the less the inconvenience of not having my new truck Mr. Austin, Mr. Wayne, Mr. John and the lovely receptionist Ms. Kristy made up for it. 2014 Chevy Volt. Our sales rep Troy had a great personality and made the experience fun. I would send my friends to him for sure. The only advice I would give to the dealership is to assess your customers before using certain sales tactics. I'm a business development professional myself and would appreciate more straight talk rather than the pass-the-paper negotiation thing. We ended up with a good deal that I feel is fair, I just would advise a bit less "sale" is needed sometimes. I can imagine it might leave folks feeling like they left money on the table. Regardless, we are happy with our service and liked Troy a lot. We also appreciated the personal touch from the management team in house. Thanks Burien Chevrolet!
